Who doesn’t want to find a little book savings and more time to read? As an author, I hear about the cost and too few hours to read, and I wanted to see if I could help with that!
Here are online bookstores and retailers where you can grab your favorite books (both print and ebooks) and save while you shop!
Plus, I added on a couple savings opportunities for book conferences. Those can get a little pricey at times!

Finding A Bookstore and More Time to Read
Sometimes book savings is about saving time for books! We all need more free time, and when we have it, it’s nice to change up where we shop. Supporting independent bookstores is just as fun as finding extra book savings!
Don’t forget to check out Indie Bound’s Indie Store Locator. Plenty of indie bookstores stock great books. Deals and in-person recommendations abound.
Find more time to read! Evan-Moor has free printable sheets for kids. They’re educational and fun so you can feel like a rock star parent when you read more! 😉
Plated – Not that book related, but I keep meaning to try this. I found two discount links to share! Pick accordingly: Save $25 off your first two orders, up to $50, or Get 25% off your first four orders, up to a $159 value. Both until 12-31-2018. *This could be book related if it gives you more time to read… 😉
Reader Conferences and Book Conventions
Costume Craze has a sale now if you’re looking for anything to get for RT’s events and parties. I haven’t looked at the agenda for social events yet, but there’s always something to dress up for! Clearance costumes, too.
I found another costume sale before RT! The online store called Halloween Costume has a long list of costumes discounted at a variety of price points. Until 05-31-2018
CheapOAir – If you still need to book your airline tickets to RT (or anywhere else, LOL) then I found a place called CheapOAir. You can get up to $100 off in First Class with promo coupon FC100 until the end of the year or take advantage of their springtime offers with $9 on flights & hotels with promo code SPRING9 until 04-30-2018.
Best Bully Sticks (Book-related because Thelma weighed in with her approved) – $20 off $100 with promo code 20FORU. What can you get at Best Bully Sticks? Jared’s bulldog said everything: Dog treats and snacks, bully sticks, healthy dog nom-noms, and questionably-healthy pig ears!
That’s It For Now
What do you think? Are these book savings ideas helpful or not?
I hope this helps save you some time and money on books! I’ll add a disclaimer that all codes and links worked at the time I checked them. Let me know if you found anything on here useful, and I’ll keep passing along things when I see them.
xoxo
